I’ve been living at Cottage Bay Apartments for several months now, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. One of the biggest things for me was finding a place in Sacramento that was actually affordable but still comfortable, and this place really hits that balance. The apartment layout is simple but works well, and it feels like a space you can actually relax in after a long day.
The community itself is pretty quiet and laid-back, which I appreciate. You don’t have a lot of noise or chaos, and the grounds are kept clean and maintained. I’ve noticed they stay on top of things like landscaping, which makes the whole place feel more put together. The pools are definitely a nice bonus, especially during the hotter months, and it’s nice having multiple ones so it never feels too crowded.
